You can find a news release on Sedar for Petromin Resources Ltd. Dated Oct 5, 2009 for an appointment... it fails to tell you this is the brother-in-law of the CEO and the wife is the exact same but worse

I went back and spoke with the old CEO of Petromin and Mr Anderson was brought in to help clean up a mess which could never have been done with the old management leaving a trail of bad deals in China and Alberta.. LEt alone shareholders who tried to go after the potential cash grab in China that was not there. Lool at the old directors lioving in Hong Kong of you wish to throw darts

Mr. Anderson was in no way there to clean up anything refused answering any questions, instructed company auditors that were summoned to the AGM of shareholders not to speak or answer any questions

There were no bad deals in China... it started right here in Canada at the very beginning with the PTR Directors theft of a corporate opportunity. The taking of the Government of Canada APP Project and sticking it into a BC Shell Company TerraWest Energy Inc that was controlled by them alone and not declaring this. Its clearly defined as a Misappropriation of a corporate opportunity under the
