No shares have been issued and won’t be until there is an accretive reason to do so, the press release is announcing that $TLRY has the means to raise capital and that Jeffries and TD securities believe that the money being used to acquire businesses will add value back to shareholders in the long term.

Fully agree savage...when we do buy and exspand throughout  the USA..  share issue means nothing and becomes good news story...if we were in fact the size of previous hexo .. with our current share count ..then yes its excessive.. but being a monster business and growing.. then the share count is irrelevant  at this point.. cheers

Acquisitions add to sales growth and market share. I'm sure this is easy enough to understand by most investors. Any deal structured properly to address both the value and liability if the target coming will be a value-add to Tilray. Tilray would not be approaching the 1 Billion in annual net revenue sales today has it not made its earlier acquisitions.   Rome wasn't built in
