RE:RE:RE:RE:American Cannabis Update

RE:RE:RE:RE:American Cannabis UpdateYou still don't get it.  Even rescheduling cannabis to a Schedule III drug does not make it the same as alcohol.  For one it will still fall under the Controlled Substance Act and still be an illegal substance at the Federal level unlike the sale of alcohol.  Only if cannabis was descheduled would it be legal on the federal level.

I was not pointing out your misnomer of schedule 1 vs schedule 3, I was pointing out your error in stating cannabis would be the same as alcohol if it was rescheduled as a Schedule III drug.

In addition your statement; "does Cannabis actually need to be legalized if they simply reschedule it to a level 1 ..  seriously ?" is ignorant as all controlled substances are illegal at the federal level.  So yes, cannabis would still have to be legalized in the US at the Federal level.

The fact is that alcohol is NOT a controlled substance in the US regardless of academic opinions that may exist out in the wild or on the internet.  This was a poor attempt on your part in arguing the content of your original post, maybe it would have just been better to say you were wrong.
