RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:American Cannabis UpdateThank you for posting this on the Tilray board as it demonstrates which cannabis stocks to invest in and which should be avoided.
Tilray is a strong leader in the cannabis sector that will continue to grow and thrive. BUY TLRY
Vibe is a failing small California MSO that is losing money every quarter while revenues continue to decline due to the huge CA black market, high state taxes and poor sales model. Just look to industry leading MSOs like CURA and TRUL who recently exited all their retail outlets from the state of California. AVOID VIBE
Thanks again Duster for bringing this to the attention of TLRY investors. As always DYODD

For one it will still fall under the Controlled Substance Act and still be an illegal substance at the Federal level unlike the sale of alcohol. Only if cannabis was descheduled would it be legal on the federal level.
I was not pointing out your misnomer of schedule 1 vs schedule 3, I was pointing out your error in stating cannabis would be the same as alcohol if it was rescheduled as a Schedule III drug.
In addition your statement; "does Cannabis actually need to be legalized if they simply reschedule it to a level 1 .. seriously ?" is ignorant as all controlled substances are illegal at the federal level. So yes, cannabis would still have to be legalized in the US at the Federal level.
The fact is that alcohol is NOT a controlled substance in the US regardless of academic opinions that may exist out in the wild or on the internet. This was a poor attempt on your part in arguing the content of your original post, maybe it would have just been better to say you were wrong.
Vibe shareholders still patiently waiting your post on that comprehensive analysis of the stock LMFAO

RE:Finally Some Good News
This is great news for all US MSOs most of which are up over 20% today on the news....all except VIBE which is down a massive 37% after reporting horrible Q2 2023 results last night.
Just one more reason to AVOID this stock like the plague. I will be posting a comprehensive analysis of VIBE's Q2 results shortly. In the interim do your own due diligence.
The stock is heading back to its 52-week low of C.035 and eventual tragic demise.
