RE:does

RE:doesThe ceo of Canopy got greased with $40 million and it seems like he is trying to tank the company with a consolidation proposal that won't benefit any existing shareholders but could be setting it up for the STZ lending division to reap the assets.

At least Tilray's beer purchases will generate revenue, increase delivery capability and those bottling facilities could be dual purpose for rapid launch of THC beverages in the US.  Beer is legal and has the wrinkles ironed out as a legal vice for adults.  THC infused beverages are still behind the 8 ball, desperately waiting for a level playing field with beverage alcohol and access to the same banking system and tools.  Also being able to be sold in the already existing bars and lounges where it will be serious competition as a safer beverage than light alcohol offerings.

Fat, old North Americans need a healthier alternative with less sugar and calories than their soft alcohol choice and subbing alcohol for thc does that.

Could also be going to the bar to medicate for aches and pains and such with cannabinoid options.

I have been banging the drum forever about executive renumeration being too high and too generous especially when companies aren't doing well for shareholders, but they always seem to take care of themselves first when they should be taking care of all shareholders!

Securities brokers have been both inventive and creative in stacking the deck and generating huge sources of renumeration by complicating investment vehicles and they seem to be in cahouts with Securities personel and government.  Bankers and financial institutions are continually being fined, but not deterred from their deviousness, while lining their own pockets and the pockets of government and Securities watchdogs.

The fines and levies aren't a strong enough deterrent to stop this action but it seems more like business as usual.\

File your complaints with your political representative because that is the only way it is going to change.

It is a dirty little world when politically privileged benefit with graft and incentive while big business and the appointed watchdogs are cohorts in this nefarious practice.

It goes all the way to the top political positions!
