RE:Temple Announces New $35 Million Credit FacilityOk so at least some good news now after the beating we took yesterday. This pays off the debentures which are due soon which clears up one of the 2 immediate debt issues. The other are the mortgages that are not meeting the debt covenants which hopefully will be renegotiated more easily with the one debenture paid off. Clearly Morguard has confidence even if the market doesn't.
