Thats the part of your homeowners policy that will be paying for the cost of putting families into hotels while they await the rebuilding of their houses. The policies pay 20% 0f the building insurance amount. Temple with its hotels in Fort Mac will be running at 100% occupancy until who know when?

also - there will lots of tradesman - carpenters, electricians, plumbers - to rebuild If they do lose a hotel or 2 - it just means they can take the insurance money to buy elsewhere - diversifying their holdings.
