Some time ago I basically wrote off my position (but didn't sell, it was already too late). Looks like I'm going to get to ride this one right to the ground now.

I know how you feel as I did the same. What Management (or lack there of as they are supposed to represent shareholders) have done is unforgivable and should be charged with what they are doing. Essentially taking over the company at extremely reduced prices.
