LOT or LOL? Another Friday junk news release. They continue
to show complete disrespect to shareholders by issuing themselves another 3.9 million shares after 18 months of nothing. More dilution. Stock didn't even trade a single share today after the news. And David is trying to buy himself another 3+ month with a very iffy commitement to drilling. And only drilling and results will drive this stock. I guess the longer he drags this out, the more IMG and GOT shares he can convert into cash for salaries, expenses, bonuses, consulting and Martin's rent bills. Why bother with a robust and active drilling program to help build shareholder value and prove the property's worth when you can, year after year, earn an excessively high salary? Change is needed ASAP while Tomagold has some cash left for exploration.

It suck big time but maybe there are big plans in the wind .All we can do is sit back and watch .
