I do not foresee any outcome for shareholders here other than monetization of the final asset...RK..and returning all net cash to shareholders.. My presumption here is that the estate of the diceassed majority shareholder..Afendiov..will require financial closure. But the opps of the acquirer are wide open including deepening the wells at RK and expanding the conversion of natty gas production

"majority shareholder" hmmmm I remember doing a quick mental math estimate of the estates share and it was no where near a majority.  More something around 35-40%.  Certainly the largest shareholder and may well be effectively the majority shareholder but we should  be a little more precise with our terms.  If I am under the wrong impression, I would certainly like
