I agree its good and bad. To me it can prevent anther company from coming in and making an offer. Maybe they dont want to get into a bidding war or are worried PBN will make it difficult. They are ...more

the initial position gives PBN leverage and protects TOL from another company attempting a takeover but only to a point.  if another company wants to buy TOl and offers a high price PBN might ...more

4.9 million shares traded yesterday. I am thinking that all of this came as a surprise to TOL management. I would guess that a news release is forthcoming.

Agree with both points.   Sold 30,000 shares at $2.63 - $2.70 yesterday, as things were not looking well.  It was hard not to panic.    Bought some back at $2.80 today. & ...more

PBN now owns a fair chunk of the TOL. Wonder why not buy the whole company?   They also took a similar position in ARN along with CPG.. What wonder what the startgey is here and PBN's intent. ...more
