I recieved a short from prospectus from TOL in the mail today.   In it, TOL confirms that indeed, they were the ones that paid $17.3M for the 14 sections of Lochend land.  There must be ...more

Buyers Emerge

It looked like we might weaken under $2.50 today, but strong buying emerged near the end of the session.   There are lurkers trying to buy at $2.50, so maybe the $2.55 issue price was not too bad ...more

Oil the next Natural Gas

Could be a sign that the company thinks oil prices have topped out. Oil could be the next Natural gas with all the companies switching from Ngas to oil drilling. The middle east is the wild card ...more

not happy with new issue
