Ragety, I agree the stock is undervalued now. I'd like to see 4.25 but imagine 4.00 tops. Most likely a 30% premium.

This company has derisked oil and nat gas. Oil is lower end bbl/d. I'd see an intermediate co. being the suitor. I'm not sure on the tax benefit, but assume that would be an issue.

We could also see a venture partner interested in cash return on a loan/JV.

Either way, this is a strong junior based on what is left out there. I have a hard time seeing this company continuing as is.
