Coming on board

Was waiting for a long time to make the plunge. The Q1 results are good and support the share price at this level with the added upside of PBN or someone else taking a run at them before the annual meeting in June.

Don't usually take a position in venture exchange stocks as a rule.

I think they will be moving over to the TSX at soem point this year if they want to attact the mutual funds and ETF, etc.

This issue is very undervalued. If split up it would fetch a nice sum to shareholders. PBN(with a name change coming in a few days) could take over the Lockend. Kaybob would be easily sold to a wide number of large players contiguous to TOL. The Pouce Coup would also garner a lot of interest as well. All in, three quality properties with locked up value waiting to be released. I'm sure tire ...more

Ragety, I agree the stock is undervalued now. I'd like to see 4.25 but imagine 4.00 tops. Most likely a 30% premium. This company has derisked oil and nat gas. Oil is lower end bbl/d. I'd see an intermediate co. being the suitor. I'm not sure on the tax benefit, but assume that would be an issue. We could also see a venture partner interested in cash return on a loan/JV. Either way ...more

I agree with recent quarterly report and production that will be coming on stream very soon the fundamentals completely support the share price. They announced a strategic process at the behest of a major shareholder in late January which saw a spike in price immediately after. The process is intact and with the quality of their lands a deal should happen (or at least I give it a 80% or better ...more

let's say the Kaybob only got sold. What's going to happen to the SP? The way i understood it (to create share returns) is either sell all (even different assets to different companies) and dissolve the company OR not sell anything at all (selling some parts and not others, the way i understood it, is very bad for the sp and the company). The company is small enough that it actually needs ...more
