That's a blatant deception . In fact Illinois has been bypassed by the EV transition. You should look up topics that you post about . I did get a huge laugh about your postulations in regards to Ford making Tesla worry . Just like Mary Barra , they are full of BS . Try a little "Best in Tesla " at YouTube if you like a reality check .
