Could someone explain why so many of the VSE "venture" Companies have no money for Exploration? But, they have money to pay Big Management Fees!  No, management should find something then they get paid. Not get paid and then try and find something.  Might as well look around the Spokane, Wash. Airport they  would  have better luck. (FIND SOMETHING and then get paid.)

I think we've all seen that in a number of these companies. That's NOT THE CASE HERE GF. It's normal for management to receive a monthly stipend while they work to establish traction and value. This can be as little as $2,500 per month per exec to $5,000 per month per exec. Add to that the ongoing costs of administration, records, filings, licences, bookeeping, telephones, office etc

Thank you for your reply.. I was not pointing a finger at any one or Company just a  general feeling towards the Junior Market in Canada in General.   Here in the U.S. All one has ro do is go from A to Z and see how many Companies never make it because there are numerous reasons, ie, Incompetent Direcotors, Mismagement of funds, and on and on.  I don' believe The Canadian Junior
