Thank you for your reply.. I was not pointing a finger at any one or Company just a  general feeling towards the Junior Market in Canada in General.  
Here in the U.S. All one has ro do is go from A to Z and see how many Companies never make it because there are numerous reasons, ie, Incompetent Direcotors, Mismagement of funds, and on and on. 
I don' believe The Canadian Junior Market has reached that level in Canada, probably  because it is much smaller, but, a number of the of Directors in a number of these Companies should not have that position. Maybe Technicaly are good, but when it comes to spending Company funds, not so good.
Never the less, probably  changes have to be made? If this will happens who knows!
good luck to you guys, and hopfully give some servival to Company funds. 
If a Company finds or develops a project everyone wins not just the Directors....
