The BoD of tso3 are pawns of broader corporate interests. Quebec Pension Plan, Fidelity... these are big players. The management has enough pecuniary interest in the form of options to motivate them to do a good job. Inside ownership is nice, but this is a startup and they need outside capital. Once they hit it big, I'm sure you would see a vote of confidence from management re:inside ownership.
