RE:Fidelity

RE:FidelityThanks for your input. Perhaps you did not catch one of my posts which I edited now: here it is. My opinion on why we dont and won't hear from TSO3? Those who have attended the annual meeting will remember that soon to be confirmed sales would be minimal at best for the coming quarters; as a matter of fact, Mr. Rumble indicated that if sales are to happen for VP4s taken from inventory, many of them will be accrued in 2020 as the sales process takes time. Someone in attendance mentioned that even after liquidating the entire inventory, TSO3 would not have enough financial resources to rebuild a meaningful new one. The answer from Mr. Rumble is that they are looking at several options: history speaks for itself as to chances of success, thank you! There is (???) a large number of prospects but anyone having been involved in sales knows that what you hear from your salespeople is, more often than not, generally unreliable. I am convinced that management received a legal opinion not to, again, raise shareholders expectations on carefully crafted ongoing misinformation, such as was disseminated quater after quarter in the past, for fear that such statements will be used in court should legal action be initiated against directors and officers of this corporation: I believe a class action against them is soon to happen as the loss of value suffered by shareholders has reached a point of no return, unless the company is taken over on the cheap. Noticeably, even our usual promoters are silent: why? And, by the way, were still awaiting Echo2s promised report following his attendance at the FDA /CDC Health Care Infections Control Practices Advisory Committee at their meeting upcoming May 16 17: itd be nice to hear from him. Hopefully he will have something positive to offer. Why hasn't TSO3 informed its shareholders on how it went and if there was anything positive to be reported. I suppose nothing, or again, they are not allowed to tell. Whynot, why the secrecy, why, why, why? And now we find out that our bids have not been retained: why? we are supposed to have reclaimed the VP4s we sold Getinge at a fraction of the price we originally sold them and we're still not competitive? What is wrong with this picture. According to Mr. Rumble, selling price was unimportant as we'd make lots of money on supplies. This Quebec hospital setback requires that management offers its gullible shareholders a truthful explanation... or perhaps Cash (now out of the picture), Echo2, Angus and Calgest and others have one to share? Please do if you have one! I'm still hanging in there, but my patience will run out if no good progress is made and reported (wow!) in the second quarter. What a disgrace!
