SIDELINE VIEW

SIDELINE VIEWThe recent events with Rambler offering to purchase Cornerstone's interest in Little Deer bring up some thoughts.

1. If Rambler considers the Cornerstone interest valued at $550,000 to be equivalent to $0.01/lb of copper, then why didn't THR buy it, own 100% of it, then JV or sell the whole thing to Rambler? Didn't THR spend over $5 million to date for their 50% interest?

2. Teck's nearby Duck Pond mine is almost done and could use Little Deer as feed for their mill. Curious they have not surfaced.

3. Will be interesting to see if the Rambler due-diligence gets a passiing grade as their copper + by-product grade is more valuable than Little Deer.

Anyway, good to see someone else interested in the THR assset. Why is Cornerstone, a NFLD based company with a local board, selling their interest so cheap?
