The recent events with Rambler offering to purchase Cornerstone's interest in Little Deer bring up some thoughts.

1. If Rambler considers the Cornerstone interest valued at $550,000 to be equivalent to $0.01/lb of copper, then why didn't THR buy it, own 100% of it, then JV or sell the whole thing to Rambler? Didn't THR spend over $5 million to date for their 50% interest?

2. Teck's nearby Duck Pond mine is almost done and could use Little Deer as feed for their mill. Curious they have not surfaced.

I wondered about that myself. Maybe ...more
