Michu - I somewhat disagree with Warant. Rambler will want not just LD/WB but likely the entire company. I think it will be a stock swap.....straight up. Go and read Rambler's website and listen to the President of Rambler in his last interview. They want to be the BIGGEST producer/explorer in Eastern Canada. They will likely want THR's other properties that are on the books. I agree with Warant that Rambler will not like THR in competition etc. in their "space". You truly think Rambler, a producer, will want THR to obtain 75% of LD/WB at the end of the day? Nope.
No clue on the valuation.
