Rambler is in Control Now!
Rambler is in Control Now!
Purchasing 50% of Little Deer for $550,000, mostly in stock, was a steal and puts a value on Thundermin's share of the asset at about a 1/2 cent per share. Means at 3 cents THR's other assets must be collectively worth more than Little Deer, not likely! You can argue that THR actually has 75% of Little Deer but that's not ging to happen, to get it they must fund a feasibility study at over $2 million and provide finaincing to place the project into production. Even before feasibility another $5 million will have to be spent on the project to drill off the deposit. Rambler has what it wants and can get the remaindeer of the asset cheap by forcing a drill program that THR will not be able to fund and will have to default resulting in dilution of its interest to below 50% and be reduced to a royalty over time. So where does THR go from here? A merger with Rambler will not happen unless THR shareholders are prepared to take maybe a nickel a share. With no listing as of November 8th and a zero cash balance and no hope to raise funds to keep up with Rambler, the olny hope for THR is to sell their initerest in Little Deer to Rambler for cash and use the funds to hopefully get lucky somehwere else. THR blew it by not purchasing the Cornerstone interest and now are weaker because of it.
