To recap
As long as the stock trades under the most dire estimate of NAV ($14) I want the entire cash flow to go towards buybacks and debt reduction.
And in order for the buybacks to be executed at the lowest possible price I'd like the management to give the quarterly reports an ugly bias and downplay the possibility of bringing back a distribution.
So far so good.

agree. i have a $16 unit price under the most bearish price assumptions on asset sales.
