Well that explains it. Public offerings are the what keep these bio's alive more so than most stock. Just unpredictable when it will happen adding to risk and volatility...like you quoted manx. Part of the game with these. Short term bottom here at $1.20. I would add on a further pullback and just hold what I have. Watch for a spike...even to $1.70 resistance and sell is fine until further news comes. glta. LongGuy
