PULM Price Drop

This was the cause and market reacts to the price point evaluation of financing. Same as happened late 2018 on BIOC financing announcement. 
Pulmatrix, Inc. (NASDAQ: PULM) announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 10,666,666 units at a price to the public of $1.35 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one share and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock. Shares closed down 23% to $1.20.

Well that explains it.  Public offerings are the what keep these bio's alive more so than most stock. Just unpredictable when it will happen adding to risk and volatility...like you quoted manx.  Part of the game with these.  Short term bottom here at $1.20.  I would add on a further pullback and just hold what I have.  Watch for a spike...even to $1.70 resistance and ...more
