Regarding Annual Meeting, 4 December 2015If you are not attending the annual meeting, trust all of you have voted by now. You need a control number to vote. If you have not received your proxy, you need to pursue this!
Julie Godard has cranked up her game this year, compared to previous years. The information has been on Sedar for a few weeks. Only time will tell if Abcourt Mines’ behavior mitigates the future.
Mr. Hinse and family have had greater than one year to find a seventh and independent director. Obviously they chose not. However, not surprisingly. Three family members on a board of six is unacceptable.
Will be interesting to see how defiant Mr. Hinse is this year regarding retaining directors. If he were a forthright man, he would release the voting results like Kirkland Lake Gold (see following).
