RE:RE:Hinse Promotes The Company

RE:RE:Hinse Promotes The CompanyHobbes, I do not believe the share count for a couple, logical reasons.

1.  Last year raised great suspicion.  We did not believe the shares voted then.  Hinse released a defiant statement regarding the voting results.

2.  This year the suspicion was raised again before the vote.  Therefore I put out a posting on 22 November regarding shareholders needing to get a control number to vote.  Why?  I live in the USA and I never did receive my proxy!!   I use TD Ameritrade so I called them the first of November and did get a control number so I could vote.  I withheld all my votes.  So not only is there significant doubt as to shareholders receiving their proxy, if they did cast them were they registered in the count, or if registered, simply disregarded??  The numbers do not add up.

3.  None of this makes any sense.  Hobbes, as you have pointed out, the largest portion of the cast votes were by management. What happened to all the other shares?  Something is fishy!!

4.  You can look at this another way, what Hinse is trying to portray is only five percent (info from Fernand) of shareholders are not happy with being way upside down with most of their monies.  WHAT!   H  E   L    L    O!  Or shareholder were not happy but did not vote!  WHAT!

5.  In some ways I dislike putting this out there but old man Hinse might be more crooked than what EVERYBODY is willing to believe.  He has a MAJOR  conflict of interest with the NSR.  He runs the share price DOWN and then buys with both hands.  Look at my post on summer of 2014.  Hinse was the only one buying at 0.075.  I made the statement if you as a shareholder were willing to sell at 0.06, Hinse would be willing to buy.  And he did.  The same holds true today.  If you are willing to sell at 0.035 or 0.025, Hinse will be there to buy the control.  Another case in point, if it is true what Fernand has conveyed, then Hinse would rather this be an exploration company so he can profit (screw) the hard working tax paying people who live in Canada.  So he takes your shareholder monies and your tax monies.  Oh my!

6.  Extrapolate out at 5,000 oz/per quarter with his NSR and his salary and this works out to be ~$938,000/yr.  So Hinse will be making almost a million bucks a years while shareholders are losing their shirts.  At a market cap <8M.  Oh my again!

7.  Kind of amusing looking at the latest presentation by Richmont Mines.  Towards the end they talk about a family (not the Hinse sense) like company.  They state their commitment to the stakeholders.  So Richmont Mines does the milling for Abcout and old man Hinse runs his family operation just the opposite.  Maybe that is why Richmont updated their Code of Conduct in June.  They wanted to disassociate their conduct with Hinse’s conduct.

8.  Fernand, we sincerely appreciate you reporting on the AGM.  We hear more from you and
Alabou in one post than we hear from Hinse in months!  Thus we hope you have many “weak moments” (smile as theoldmariner would express).  And no we will not put you on ignore!

9.  So what do the rest of you think (besides Hobbes and myself) regarding the number of votes cast??  It simply does not compute.  All insight appreciated!!

Sincerely,
Lccommoner
