Alabou & Fbedard29

Alabou & Fbedard29Good to see you both posting.  Alabou, sorry to hear you are not going to the AGM in December. Always enjoyed your AGM insights shared with those of us not able to attend.

Fbedard29, I have different data than you.  My research show Mr. Mestrallet holds 50.38M shares.  He appears significantly away from >50% majority. The Barron’s link is as follows.

You are probably right in the fact “nothing will ever cost Mr. Hinse his job.”  The only way this would happen is for Mr. Mestrallet, and the majority of the shareholders, voting not to retain Mr. Hinse as Director.  It is a long shot but my position would be if the shareholders are not happy with Mr. Hinse, they should vote (do not neglect to vote) to remove Mr. Hinse from power.  With the votes of Mr. Mestrallet (50.38M) along with a large percent from common shareholders, this tally could be >50% to not retain Mr. Hinse.  Renaud and Norman Hinse represent 60.08M shares.

Gentleman, thanks again for posting.  I haven’t posted for ~ two years but thought I would throw in my 2 cents worth.  Not that I have made 2 cents from Mr. Hinse. :)

Sincerely, Lcommoner

PS  Not sure how anybody could vote for Mr. Hinse given all that has transpired.  This board has shown where the majority stands.
