(the "Company") will remain halted pending receipt and review of acceptable documentation regarding the de-listing of the Company pursuant to Exchange Policy 2.9 and not pending review of acceptable documentation regarding the change of business and/or Reverse Take-Over pursuant to Exchange Policy 5.2 as this transaction will take place following de-listing of the Company.
