Canadian Diamond and Russian Sanctions

Russia is the biggest producer of diamonds alright. But the west is putting sanctions because of Ukraine conflict. Diamond industry in Russia will be heavily affected, such as shipping, selling, tax raise, and some protest against their products. Canada is not yet much in the spot light. Arctic Star is drilling on Canadian land. And there is a surge of demand of diamond after the heavy pandemic lockdown. Plus the prices of diamond is rising due to lack of inventory, and so including Russia will have limited production and selling capability for diamonds. So what it means is that it is a great opportunity for Arctic Star to shine really. What do you guys think?
