yes, I made a sais recommandation before christmass at 0.03 and 0.035.....    You will receive your dividend in a a newco,   you will not be able to sell those share. With the new investor there is more than 340 m sahres on the market.   Reverse split  4 to 1  you will have something like 80 m shares. My target price is  now

if they have access to the dividend, it is a pretty good investment for them.   Your shares are dilute again, so less money for you from the dividend.   you should thing abaut that one.   But like i said i am not sure about that, i don,t thing that they did that to the others investors, like you.

So if according you, Trinity is getting a good deal buying at $ 0.04, and anybody who buys shares of afa at .04 in the market is getting the same deal.... So how can you say it's bad for AFA shareholders  ????   Do you actually read what you post, because two post before, you made a sell recommendation saying that AFA will lose half of its value post consolidation by august, and then

finally an answer, I wanted that answer from you.... So you agree with me that they just dilute the dividend of app.  30 %....  It is yor money buddy. We are talking of NEW share.   They put 3.5 and they will collect 30 % of the dividend, YOU were saying that this dividend will be between 12 and 15 MILLIONS.  So the new investor will make 1 or 1.5 million in a couple
