The index measures the performance of the total U.S. investment-grade bond market. Further DilutionWhat are the benefits of raising more money for drilling at .15 cents a share opposed to completing the updated estimates as planned, this financing was stated as strictly for further exploration so they obviously have the money to complete the updated resources. Why dilute further first?
