The index measures the performance of the total U.S. investment-grade bond market. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its net assets in component securities of its underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the component securities of its underlying index.

Well put JDN. I too have no problem at all if Mr. Danny makes $5 million but let it be merit based.
Let it be tied to the valuation of the company in someway.
But to raise money just to pay yourself an amount that no other junior company that I have been involved with has paid out is just wrong and sets a lousy example of leadership or lack of it I should say.
I understand if he needs a $1 million salary and benefits but as you say let him go to a producing senior mining company that can afford him.
