The iShares Core U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of the total U.S. investment-grade bond market. The index measures the performance of the total U.S. investment-grade bond market. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its net assets in component securities of its underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the component securities of its underlying index.

RE:RE:RE:Nov 04th - Private Placement (PP) Upsized to 5 million $A company cannot stay active by simply using its cash to pay ongoing charges. Investing money in order to grow is not a choice, it is just essential. It should be understood that the investors participating in the last financing also expect value to be created.

The risk that AGG will one day be faced with the absence of new funding is a risk that must be considered. Selling the entire project before being forced to do so is also an option that should be considered. It's hard to get the best price when everyone sees that the seller is dying.

The tremendous rise in mineral reserves did not create value for the shareholders who were present before the last 2 financings. It is better to understand this phenomenon sooner rather than later.
