Gross margin vs attrition rate

Gross margins have been consistent since 2020, averaging anywhere from 88% in 2021 to as high as 91% in the last 2 years. The attrition rate has been consistently at around 10% reaching a low of 9% in 2021 and as high as 12% in the current year.

The company is profitable and the debt levels are manageable.
