Gross margin vs attrition rate

Gross margins have been consistent since 2020, averaging anywhere from 88% in 2021 to as high as 91% in the last 2 years. The attrition rate has been consistently at around 10% reaching a low of 9% in 2021 and as high as 12% in the current year.

The company is profitable and the debt levels are manageable.

"Profitable", serious?!?!....  Net loss 2022: $2 036 940 Net loss 2021: $2 663 363 Ishhhhh that what you're calling "profitable"??? Lolll "debt levels are manageable"?!?!... As of December 31st long term liabilities were more than 4 times the equity!!... And short terms were higher than current assets.... NO wonder why this stock is under $0.10 since a ...more

Rogg47, you wouldn't stand a chance against me. I'll spare you the embarrassment unless you really do want to challenge me?  Yes, Ackroo is profitable.

I hope it has been profitable in 2023 but not in 2022, neither in 2021, Financials don't lie!!

I hope it has been profitable in 2023 but not in 2022, neither in 2021, Financials don't lie!!  If you looked closely at the financials in 2022, the company incurred a charge of $1,164,978 on a consulting agreement settlement expense. This was a one time expense that significantly reduced the income reported that year. Of course, you probably ignore all of this because it suits your ...more

Ok let say that the expenses related to this settlement weren't related to 2022 but they weren't recognized in the year that they occured so results of that year (overvalued) too should be adjusted by your logic! 2022 losses of $2 036 940, settlement of $1 164 978, still give us a loss of $871 962!! Oupsss.....  So 2020 they were profitable?!? Hummmmm looking at the FS, they've ...more

My source is directly from sedarplus but thank you for reminding me just how wrong you are.  Yes, Ackroo was profitable in 2020, 2022 and will be in 2023 and so on.  They are nowhere close to going bankrupt.

Lolll funny you're never bringing numbers but keep saying that this company is profitable?!... Poor Clown!!

That's a strikingly weird comment.   In any case, Steve seems pretty committed to the cause and I hope he can make this thing work.  It's very tough to operate a sub-scale public co profitably, and it's pretty clear he's putting in a lot of effort to keep it going.  Let's hope the economy doesn't derail his plans. I'm not a big fan of buying back ...more

You don't know the history of this guy. He's done this before on this board and he likely lost a lot of money on Ackroo.  What he doesn't understand is that the stock market is forward looking and does not dwell on the past.

Lost (wrong verb tense, sadly I'm still having my shares...) lot of money on Ackroo?! Nahhh not really, tiny investment, not the type of company that I would do an important one! Yes on paper I'm losing money, just like probably 98% of the shareholders!  For sure I've done it before and I will keep doing it as long as you post garbage pumper stuff!! I just hope that you're ...more

You said the financials don't lie but I don't think you know how to interpret a financial statement. It's called reading between the lines but I think you skipped right to the bottom line. Talk to me when you've taken a few accounting courses and then we can chat.
