Need minimum 1mil. oz. au. proven at least and probable 2-3 mil. more oz befor any company to concider options I'd say. This could take awhile without diluting, other wise, could be 10/1 - 15/1 new share = 0.50 and it usually never works. I don't own it, and I already own a piece of................ in that area called Red Star V.RGC same story. What did you expect for a nickle.
