As part of our long-term strategy, and in line with a recent acquisition, we have registered several subsidiaries in New Zealand. Our group of companies has always operated with a remote team distributed across various countries, since 2014. I continue working with the team remotely from New Zealand. My location is irrelevant and does not affect the team's ability to deliver results.
