RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New MarketWall promo-sheetThe promo sheet and other NRs have talked about the valuation of MarketWall and subsequant financing to fully implement it.
From the promosheet:
AnalytixInsight Plan to Unlock MarketWall Value:
- Asset valuation will be re-rated upon completion of MarketWall’s valuation & financing,
- Intends to spinout/unlock the value of its MarketWall holdings in an IPO or other such strategies to be determined.
It also notes that the "latest financing" and financing date" are pending.
Big difference between MarketWall and the others is that MarketWall is in the process of becoming a full-functioning trading platform while the others are already there. (Right now, MarketWall is just info provision without the trading capacity)
That will change though after the regultory requirements (e.g., AML/ATF) are in place, and regulatory approval is given. This is a bit of a no-brainer as Intesa Sanpaolo is leading changes and will beacting as the execution broker.
I would be hesitant to say that MarketWall will become the next RobinHood as it will be centred on Intesa customers. However, Intesa is a pretty dang big bank itself and is very committed to digital.
