Where are my Stinger Shares?Hello and good morning AMK investors:
Another lovely snowy, dark Friday morning here in Canada!
First off, I wish to hell that a higher degree of civility would return to the board. There are some of us here who are really just interested in AMK and our investments and so it would be nice if posters can just stick to that.
Skip the bashing each other already.
Second, I was under the impression that the Stinger spin-off already had approval from shareholders as well as the Exchange? Evidently, since there has been no news I am wrong?
Can anybody point out the possible time line for this transaction to be completed?
I think I read in early days that the NI 43-101 is also due? That news in my mind sets AMK up for a final sale to Tudor. If I owned 80% of treaty creek and it turned out to be a monster - I think I would work really hard to buy out my partners and grab it all? No?
Pure speculation of course - but again that is what all bullboard posters have to offer!
