Where are my Stinger Shares?

Hello and good morning AMK investors:

Another lovely snowy, dark Friday morning here in Canada!

First off,  I wish to hell that a higher degree of civility would return to the board.  There are some of us here who are really just interested in AMK and our investments and so it would be nice if posters can just stick to that.  

Skip the bashing each other already.

Second, I was under the impression that the Stinger spin-off already had approval from shareholders as well as the Exchange?  Evidently, since there has been no news I am wrong?  
Can anybody point out the possible time line for this transaction to be completed?

I think I read in early days that the NI 43-101 is also due? That news in my mind sets AMK up for a final sale to Tudor.  If I owned 80% of treaty creek and it turned out to be a monster - I think I would work really hard to buy out my partners and grab it all?  No?  

Pure speculation of course - but again that is what all bullboard posters have to offer!

Mornin' , The spinout was approved by the shareholders and the court. We are waiting on the exchange to pull up their socks at the moment. We own 20%, Teuton owns 20%, Tudor owns 60%. The plan is to sell together, strength in unity. Speculation abounds as to the sale, and how its going to come about. As I have been told the res calc is coming out mid Feb. Excellent post by Yellowknife and excellent answer. I hadn't heard about anything about goldstorm and perfectstorm being proven this season, do you have a link to this var? Wouldn't both zones be proven up at the earliest AFTER the next aggressive drilling campaign? Also, about the two dozen companies waiting for us, do you expect they begin to make their offers after the 43-101? If so

There really isn't anything in a link, just conversations i've had with management. Yes the real brass tax will occur after the NI43-101 comes out for our worth and any offers.

WHAT SIZE FOOT PRINT WOULD OUR OPEN PIT EXCAVATION FINALLY BE.???? .. HOW MANY YEARS TO GET DOWN TO THE 700 METER DEPTH WOULD BE APPROXIMATELY NORMAL FOR A MINE THIS SIZE? IS IT FEASIBLE TO START MINING WHERE THE OREBODY IS AT SURFACE AND TRUCK IT TO EXISTING, UNDERUTILIZED, PROCESSING MILLS IN THE AREA AS TUD HAS MANY VALUABLE PROPERTIES IN THE G/T. The 700 m depth that starts at surface 30 to 40 years, it gets more difficult the deeper you go. Oh yeah, its big. Just the Goldstorm. The perfectstorm is bigger, and there are 3 or 4 more deposits on the claim.

do you know where the targeted 1250 m orebody length starts and finishes??? Hole numbers and /or latitudes

Nah, I didn't get that specific. It's just the maiden res calc. A very big deal, but not the final. The length and width are going to change, so why stress?
