Battery Day Bust?....not really
The sobering thought is that AMY can not do anything until the spin out is done. So those looking to make a quick buck or ride any kind of market surge will bail out until the spin out is done.
Again, the mining piece is worthless and no suitor wants the headache. Amy needs to shed those assets somehow (spinout). Once done investors will then rejoin AMY in aticipation of a deal. Until then...fizzle fizzle fizzle.
