Did ENIRGI ever "TRY" and re-negotiate the terms of the bonds, before taking the steps they finally took?????

I'd have to reread the case, but it seems that Enirgi did give Andover some time and indulgence. In the end of the day. AOX management was full of excuses and stories, but no money ever appeared, and the whole surrounding circumstances didn't jibe with what they were saying. One example: Who here was told that Ophir was ready to start mining right away, a great market was there for glass ...more
