Remember how some were told the above company was to be Andover's white knight. However, the imminent production never materialized. Anyhow, some were told the deal couldn't go forward because the company principal had a terminal disease or another illness. I did an internet search; it appears that person is still the CEO of Ophir.

Anyone care to share what they were told by Andover and its reps?

Yes, I was told by the IR, Ric Martin's and Gord Blanksteins brother (can't remember his name) that Ophir  Minerals CEO had terminal Cancer. The story was that the son would be taking the company over. At first they kept me involved by saying the son would honor the agreement to finance Andover. When the collapse was occuring the story changed, to the son was forming a family trust

I wasn't aware of all those "details". If people are wiling to communicate and marshal the evidence, who knows?
