DON'T AGREE with this analysis for a few reasons -1- all of this was in motion before the change in ceo -- this new ceo is hear simply to put the financing in place  in my opinion that this company needs to produce this linker and again, they MUST SIIGN a deal - and again WHICH THEY MUST 
otherwise we are into dilution and paying their salaries.  THIS today is great news that they are in talks and awaiting patents - NOW this I would give the ceo credit for and I was not expecting this move so quick So for that the ceo is correct if we can believe the press release -- NOW they also promised more of a detailed release so this make me worried about the pending reverse split that will distroy gains we make in the sp - that our money-- so these guys NEED to sell or we dont get paid Bottom line 
This should be worth and I would speculate at least a 50 mil dollar deal if we have to produce this stuff on a large scale then we hit higher -- IF this technology is the cats meaow as they claim we need exsposure and we WILL GET BOUGHT OUT AND YOU CAN TAKE THAT TO THE BANK
