Superior offer to shareholders
Word is they will offer .50 cents a share.
The Board is currently engaged with a party that has submitted a proposal for a transaction that places a value on the Company that is greater than is reflected in the Nuri Offer. The special committee of the Board is working to ensure that the alternative proposal can effectively be consummated as a transaction that provides superior value to shareholders and expects to provide an update shortly -- well in advance of the time of expiry of the Nuri Offer.

Jason Donville told you this over a 45 min call?? Is he even allowed to discuss with you to talk about on this stockhouse bullboard?? You must be very special. Let's see how it all goes down.

You are telling us that you spoke with Jason Donville, one of the Directors of APV, and he told you all this over a 45min phone call??? He is allowed to discuss this with you to spread all over the Stockhouse bullboard?? Wow, you must be one special person or Jason doesn't realize what he has done.

No, I don't even know who Nuri is. My bad, thought when you said Jason, you were refering to Donville. But I still believe that the smart money is for those that sold already at these levels. But prove me wrong and I will be even happier. The Nuri offer brought the stock up from $.25 to $.40 and had great volume in the beginning.

I actually did email Donville when the offer was first made, obviously he said he could not comment I am thinking the new offer will be from a big company and we will get a % of a share in their company for each share we own

Good luck, but if the offer is for higher price and the stock goes up, I am sure there will be many shareholders selling to make sure they can cash in.

I don't see much of a bid today after the large volume yesterday. I would have thought the stock would be bid up and have big trading on the speculation. Any thoughts?

Well yes that is the point of this to make the most money possible If the offer is 50 cents and you sell at .48 the arb guys make money, you make money, everyone is happy
