Bells are ringing! This is totally bizarre behavior. If the controlling shareholders no longer want to pay expenses, salaries, listing fees, etc, then it seems to me that they no longer want to be a publicly traded company. Therefore I suggest they make a resonable offer to the shareholders and take it private. If they dont take this action, then the powers to be should step in and straighten them out.The Canadian Government has an obligation to protect the investing public from this sort of behavior.
