V.AQC - Quietly Moving Higher on Improving Volume! What's UP
I had forgotten about this one despite owning a decent chunk of shares ... I wasn't aware the share price was moving higher until last week when somebody posted that V.AQC was moving hihger on the C.SL (Supreme Pharma) bullboard.
It looks like the company is trying to be revived basis recent sedar documents. The company is looking to sell assets and it's looking at converting debts owed to Forest Lane Holdings (FLH) into equity at $0.05/share.
FLH will contorl over 62% of the outstanding shares in V.AQC if they decide to proceed with the debt to equity conversion. There will be just over 170,000,000 shares outstanding if they proceed. The company states that a rollback would likely be necessary to attract investor attention.
The financials also reference the company owns aproximately 112,000 shares in a private company held by insiders called Woodland Biofuels ... very interesting in my opinion. Check out Woodland's website.
Not sure what the plans are for this one but looks like they are trying to give this shell a life ...
I am once again excited about Aquarius Coatings ... this one is so tightly hed that it won't take much buying at the offer to dirve the share price higher.
Don't listen to me though. I'm a novice investor.
