RE:SoI think if they wanted to cheaply steal the business away from shareholders they would have done that when it was trading at 2-3 cents while mr Beer was dragging them down. And when their core business wasn't doing well. Why turn it around and try to steal it now at a higher valuation? 

That said, you never know. But with all the cash they have, and the cheap PE multiple, I think that is more than priced in.
